Ashley & Associates, P.C. was established in American Samoa in 1993.  We are a general practice firm, providing services such as litigation, drafting contracts and other legal documents, researching legal and tax issues, and drafting government regulations and proposed legislation. Current clients include banks, insurance companies, businesses, government agencies, and individuals.  In addition to our local clientele, we have represented firms from the United States, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, Spain, and other countries. 

Ashley & Associates, P.C. is part of Pacific Lawyers, an affiliation of law firms with attorneys in Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, Pohnpei, Chuuk, Yap, Kosrae, and the Marshall Islands.
